Arkansas has so much to offer. Somewhere a river is waiting to be floated, a mountain is tempting climbers to scale it, or a back-country trail is itching to have a hiking boot scratch its back. Wild creatures are completing planning sessions and anxious to teach the lessons of life.

"Arkansas Photographed" wants to whet your appetite and replace the remote in your hand with a camera strap around your neck. Few states have so many adventures to offer with such minimum effort to experience them. It's all there . . . . waiting . . . state parks, lakes, rivers, wildlife, waterfalls, forests . . . and on and on.

We feel that Arkansas deserves to have its story told, and "Arkansas Photographed" attempts to highlight some of the beauty of the Natural State. While we hope some of our images trigger an "oooh" or an "ahhhh", our success is convincing you to brush off the camera lens, lace up the hiking boots, and bring home your own versions of "Arkansas Photographed."
